Position Title:
Junior Architect Officer – Office, Outlets & Warehouses Infrastructure

Reports To:
Head of Administration / Admin Manager

Location:
Head Office (Islamabad) & Project Sites (Branches/Warehouses)

Role Purpose

The Junior Architect Officer will be responsible for assisting in planning, designing, and overseeing office, retail outlet, and warehouse infrastructure projects of Japan Electronics. The role ensures that all facilities are designed for functionality, branding consistency, safety, and operational efficiency, and that projects are executed within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

  • Support in developing architectural and interior layouts for offices, retail outlets, and warehouses.
  • Assist in preparing design proposals, drawings, BOQs, and layouts for approval.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate branding, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to optimizing customer flow in outlets, workspace efficiency in offices, and storage/utilization in warehouses.

Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and procurement teams for construction and material selection.
  • Assist in supervising branch/outlet/warehouse infrastructure projects including renovations, expansions, signage, and facility upgrades.
  • Monitor progress, timelines, and quality standards of ongoing works.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare technical documentation including drawings, estimates, and project files.
  • Maintain updated infrastructure records for offices, outlets, and warehouses.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Head of Administration.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Facility teams to ensure integrated project execution.
  • Support the Admin team in improving workspace, customer experience, and warehouse efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and design tools.
  • Knowledge of building materials, warehouse layouts, furniture, and signage standards.
  • Strong space planning and aesthetics sense with focus on functionality & efficiency.
  • Good project management, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in infrastructure/architectural projects (corporate offices, retail outlets, or warehouses).
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
