Cornerstone Architects & Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
 is seeking a talented and design-focused 
JuniorArchitect
 with 
3–5 years of professional experience
 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will participate in all stages of the architectural process from concept development to construction documentation, and collaborate closely with project leads, consultants, and other disciplines to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop design concepts, schematic layouts, and detailed working drawings.
  • Lead drafting and documentation for architectural packages including submission, tender, and construction drawings.
  • Coordinate with internal MEP, structural, and interior teams to ensure design integration. Conduct site visits for project supervision and ensure compliance with design intent.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs, specifications, and material boards.
  • Attend client and consultant meetings and contribute to design and technical discussions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, construction techniques, and local building codes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an architecture or design consultancy.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of building systems, local regulations, and construction methodologies.
  • Ability to independently handle mid-scale projects under senior supervision.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
