About the Role:

Wimetrix is looking for a dedicated and skilled
Database Administrator & Analyst
to manage and optimize our data infrastructure. The role focuses on replication, data warehousing, and ETL processes to ensure efficient, accurate, and secure data management across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain databases, ensuring performance, security, and high availability.
  • Design and implement replication strategies for disaster recovery and business continuity.
  • Build and manage data warehouses, data marts, and datasets to support analytics and reporting.
  • Develop and optimize ETL processes using SQL, SSIS, or Informatica for seamless data integration.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all business systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in database administration and data analytics.
  • Strong command of SQL, SSIS, and ETL tools (Informatica preferred).
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and data governance principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
