Role Description

As our Meta Ads Specialist, you'll take charge of creating and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and executing data-driven marketing strategies
  • Setting up and maintaining Meta Pixel tracking
  • Analyzing performance and achieving 4x+ ROAS targets
  • Managing ad creatives and audiences that actually convert
  • Collaborating with our design and content team for social media campaigns

Requirements

We're looking for someone who's:

  • Having 1-2 years of experience with ecommerce business
  • Young, creative, and hungry to grow in digital marketing
  • Skilled at communicating ideas clearly and confidently
  • Comfortable working in a team-driven, fast-moving environment
  • Experienced (even slightly) with Meta Ads Manager & e-commerce marketing
  • Passionate about turning scrolls into sales
