Job Overview:

We are Looking detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with a strong background in audit, tax returns, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing accurate reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers.
  • Prepare and review audit reports in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage and file tax returns and ensure timely compliance with relevant laws.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
  • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and maintain proper documentation.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with auditors, tax authorities, and internal teams during reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate team financial performance reports and provide insights for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in audit, tax returns, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (QuickBooks/Tally/ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Professional certifications (ACCA, CA Inter, ICMA) will be a plus.
