Marketing Executive (Growth & Product Insights Focus)

For one of our associated business, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to help us grow our early-stage tech business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on doing meaningful work across market research, competitor analysis, product improvement, and user acquisition — all within a fast-paced, startup environment.

You'll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, refine the product offering based on real user needs, and develop hands-on strategies to bring in and retain users. This is a performance-oriented role with real ownership and growth potential

Key Responsibilities:

· Market & Competitor Research

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer segments. Analyze competitor offerings and positioning to inform strategic decisions.

· Product Feedback & Improvement Suggestions

Gather insights from users and market data to suggest meaningful product improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to help align the product with actual user needs.

· User Outreach & Acquisition

Design and execute direct outreach campaigns (e.g., email, LinkedIn) targeting potential users or organizations. Test messaging and offers to drive conversions and learn what works.

· Growth Experimentation & Metrics

Plan and run experiments to identify effective acquisition and engagement strategies. Track performance, analyze results, and iterate quickly.

· Content & Messaging Support

Assist with crafting effective messaging for outreach, onboarding, landing pages, and communications — with a focus on clarity, value, and conversion.

Who You Are:

  • Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Skilled in research, analysis, and extracting actionable insights, preferably 1 year result driven industry experience.
  • Clear communicator with strong writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Growth-minded and willing to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with basic video or image editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar) for creating simple product demo content — or a strong willingness to learn.
