Job Description:

  • Conduct and supervise all recruitment and selection activities, including CV database management, job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding, documentation, and any other related activities.
  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, warning letters, service letters, experience letters etc.
  • Conduct exit interviews, probationary reviews, employee evaluations, process full and final settlements and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain digital personnel files and keep employees' records up to date via uploading & maintaining documents on HRMS.
  • Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.
  • Provide monthly attendance report to payroll within due date.
  • Make accurate monthly addition/deletion of employees in health insurance and process OPD reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with units to process EOBI monthly payments and provide information to Accounts department.

Education & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years and above of related working experience in human resource administration.
  • Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills; adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
  • Proficient in using reporting tools and analytics.
