Tracking World Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Management Coordinator to support our leadership team in executing operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Position: Management Coordinator
Location : Lahore – Head Office
Experience : 2–4 Years (Coordination / Administration Role)
Qualification : Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration or relevant field
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities with strong planning and follow-up
- Coordinate schedules, workflow, meetings, and cross-department communication
- Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and maintain official documentation/records
- Follow up on assigned tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely deliverables
- Support management in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes
- Handle administrative, operational, and strategic coordination activities
- Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and internal communication protocols
- Manage vendor/stakeholder coordination and resolve operational issues
- Adapt to urgent requirements, shifting priorities, and client needs efficiently
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Good IQ level with analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and documentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & reporting tools
