Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator
 to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. This role requires strong communication, organisational, and coordination skills to ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation across teams.
  • Communicate effectively with developers, testers, designers, and management to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Track project progress using tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Identify project risks and assist in mitigation planning.
  • Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong client communication and client management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master) is a plus
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC)
