About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly persuasive, confident in communication, and skilled at building trust with clients. As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for finalizing deals, overcoming objections, and ensuring prospects move from interest to commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls with qualified leads provided by the team.
  • Present company services/products in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Handle objections effectively and guide prospects toward decision-making.
  • Build strong rapport with clients to increase conversion and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and closed deals in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to improve sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in handling objections and high-ticket closing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in telecommunications, BPO & outsourcing, communication sector.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Bilingual communication skills (a plus).
