We're now expanding and looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help us connect with Australian businesses and bring them on board.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, your job is to reach out to Australian businesses, build relationships, and onboard clients who need help outsourcing their admin, marketing, or sales support tasks.

You'll work remotely with full flexibility — all you need is great communication skills and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact Australian businesses that can benefit from outsourcing.
  • Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Present our services to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Close deals and hand over new clients to the operations team.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication and sales skills.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, BPO, marketing, or digital services preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely.
  • Understanding of Australian business culture is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and results-driven personality.
