Business Development Executive

iTech Global (SMC Pvt Ltd) is looking for a Business Development Executive (USA Market) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients in the United States, and closing new deals for our web development and digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the USA via LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and cold calling.
- Pitch iTech Global's web development, design, and digital marketing services to business owners.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for follow-ups and demos.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Prepare reports and communicate progress with management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably targeting the USA or international markets).
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT / web development services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
- Must be available to work night shifts (US business hours).
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: PKR 100,000/month
- Commission: Attractive percentage on each closed project/client
