Job Description:

Dhabix Event Management is looking for a skilled and imaginative 3D Designer with a strong portfolio in event booth design and corporate event layouts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in turning creative ideas into visual experiences, delivering high-quality 3D concepts that enhance our event planning and execution process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D visualizations for event booths, exhibition setups, and corporate event spaces.

  • Work closely with the event planning team to understand client requirements and transform them into engaging designs.

  • Develop detailed 3D renders, stage layouts, and floor plans using 3D Max and Maya.

  • Adapt and revise concepts based on feedback from clients and internal teams.

  • Ensure all designs are practical, production-ready, and aligned with event objectives.

  • Stay updated with trends in event design, lighting, spatial dynamics, and interactive installations.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in 3D event and booth design.

  • Proficiency in 3D Max and Maya.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing event booths, exhibition stands, or stage designs.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong visualization and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and a good understanding of production feasibility.
