About the Role:
We are hiring a dedicated and results-oriented
Event Marketing Specialist
to immediately begin driving audience engagement and securing sales for our international event series, with an immediate start date of October 2025. This is a
full-time contract position
that is critical for maximizing our promotional reach and ensuring a highly successful outcome for both attendees and exhibitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booth Sales & Marketing:
    Actively support the sales team by generating qualified leads and assisting with
    booth sales
    finalization for exhibitors.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies (LinkedIn, etc.) to promote speakers, exhibitors, and key event themes.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
    Design and manage campaigns to attract and convert high-quality
    attendees
    and drive ticket sales.
  • Content Strategy:
    Create engaging digital content (articles, emails, posts) related to cutting-edge industry topics.
  • Online Operations:
    Manage promotional aspects, including online registration processes and digital assets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and B2B lead generation, ideally within the events industry.
  • Strong understanding of
    social media marketing
    and
    online event promotion
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing channels and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional outreach.
