Job description

BwLogics are looking for a qualified WordPress Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for building the 'client-side' of our web applications.

We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design. you should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building the website front-end.
  • Creating the website architecture.
  • Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, ensuring smooth website operation.
  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
  • Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and visually appealing web designs.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance and responsiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the websites are error-free and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Proven experience with WordPress theme and plugin development or customization.
  • Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
