We are looking for an experienced Gravure Printing Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in operating and maintaining gravure printing machines for flexible packaging, ensuring high-quality output, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor gravure printing machines for flexible packaging production.
  • Prepare cylinders, inks, and substrates as per job requirements.
  • Ensure accurate color matching, print registration, and quality consistency.
  • Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain production records and follow quality control procedures.
  • Follow workplace safety guidelines and ensure cleanliness of equipment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in gravure printing operations (flexible packaging industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of gravure printing process, inks, substrates, and cylinders.
  • Ability to identify and resolve print quality issues.
  • Technical and mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
