We are seeking an Automation Specialist with hands-on expertise in ClickUp to design, build, and optimize customized dashboards, workflows, and automation processes. The ideal candidate will be able to transform business needs into streamlined digital workflows, ensuring efficiency, visibility, and smooth collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain customized ClickUp dashboards for project tracking and reporting.
  • Create and optimize workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve team productivity.
  • Integrate ClickUp with other tools (CRM, communication, and reporting platforms) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze team requirements and translate them into practical dashboard and automation solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Train and support teams on ClickUp best practices, automation, and dashboard usage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Automation Specialist, Project Management Specialist, or similar role with ClickUp.
  • Strong knowledge of ClickUp dashboards, workflows, automation rules, and integrations.
  • Ability to map business processes and convert them into effective workflow automations.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, third-party connectors (like Zapier or Make), is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in workflow automation across different business functions (HR, Sales, Operations, etc.).
  • Knowledge of other project management/automation tools (Asana, , Jira, Trello) is advantageous.
  • Strong reporting and data visualization skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs120,000.00 per month
