We are looking for a skilled
GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist
to assist with building, optimizing, and managing marketing and business automation workflows for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GHL, including CRM setup, pipeline automations, triggers, workflows, and integrations.

Initially, you'll work
part-time on a per-project basis
, with the potential for ongoing collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize
    GHL workflows
    , automations, triggers, and pipelines.
  • Integrate GHL with external tools (Calendly, Zapier, Stripe, Google Sheets, etc.) when needed.
  • Set up lead capture forms, nurturing sequences, and follow-up automations.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot automations for existing client systems.
  • Document processes and share insights for improving efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience using
    GoHighLevel (GHL)
    in real client or agency projects.
  • Strong understanding of automation logic, CRM, and funnel management.
  • Familiarity with
    email/SMS marketing automation
    , lead management, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results on deadlines.
  • Good communication skills — able to explain workflow structure clearly.
