We're Hiring: Growth Automation Specialist (Lahore - Onsite)

Creare Business Consulting & Services is a boutique strategy consulting firm. We've partnered with both public and private sector clients on high-impact strategy projects. Now, we're setting out to build a scalable outbound growth engine to land consulting projects in the UAE and KSA from the ground up.

This won't be a plug-and-play role. No ready proposals, no testimonials, no playbooks. You'll be building the entire engine yourself, with our support.

Role & Responsibilities:

As our Growth Automation Specialist, you'll:

  • Build targeted prospect lists (UAE/KSA CXOs).
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles and run safe connection campaigns.
  • Set up automation flows (Sales Navigator + / Lemlist + n8n/Zapier).
  • Configure domain & email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warming).
  • Draft short, contextual cold emails and LinkedIn sequences.
  • Triage replies, qualify leads and book meetings.
  • Prepare proposals, case studies, and testimonials from scratch.
  • Drive results - performance will be measured by meetings booked & pipeline created.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1- 3 years of BD/Lead Gen experience (consulting, agencies, SaaS, or startups).
  • Hands-on with at least 2 tools: Sales Navigator, Apollo, , Lemlist, n8n, Zapier,
  • HubSpot.
  • Proof of outbound campaigns (lists, sequences, or meetings booked).
  • Strong written communication skills (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Comfort working in an unstructured, "build-it-yourself" environment.
  • Hunger > fancy degrees.
