We're Hiring: Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Job Type: Contract-based (with the possibility of extension based on performance)

Location: Lahore,Pakistan (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries, and the initiative to learn and grow within the position.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle customer inquiries and support requests through email, chat, TikTokShop, and other channels.

-Provide accurate, efficient, and professional responses to customer issues.

-Use CSR tools to manage and track support tickets.

-Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.

-Maintain a positive and professional attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

-Proven experience using CSR tools such as Zendesk, Tawk, or Thunderbird.

-Fluent in English is highly preferred, especially in spoken and written communication.

-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Hardworking, adaptable, and willing to learn.

-Experience handling customers on TikTokShop will be considered a strong plus point.

Contract Terms:

-This role will start as a contract-based position.

-If performance meets expectations, there is a strong possibility of extending the contract or transitioning into a longer-term role.
