ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible of ESCO design analysis which is set by power team and suggests changes if required as per operation need wherever it is critical.

2. Responsible of meeting target of ESCO design through proper analysis.

3. Responsible for Capex (Grid, Batteries, Generator, Solar, Sensors) are performing as per design.

4. Reports abnormalities of Capex to Power team if issue is in system.

5. Reports abnormalities to O&M team if issue is in maintenance.

6. Responsible of HOTO of ESCO New sites to O&M team.

7. Keeps tracking of each asset life at site.

8. Submission analysis of RMS functionality to LM.

9. Provides L2 support to Operation whenever required for Capex.

10. Continuous improvement in operation performance.

11. Makes sure availability 24/7 for operation support.

12. 2nd Level support of RMS to ESCO operations.

13. Monitors of ESCO Dashboard.

14. Submits a monthly report to the O&M Head of above mentioned

15. Ensures safety and environmental protection in all aspects of the work.

16. Supports Local team in preparation of Monthly Fuel Consumption and over consumption Categorization

17. Identifies performance Gaps and develops an action plan to optimize energy usage

18. Prepares and submits the weekly ESCO Performance Report for discussion during the ESCO Management Meeting

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS


• A minimum of 8- 10 years' experience in telecom infrastructure O&M, ESCO/energy-based projects


• Strong knowledge of hybrid power systems (DG Solar Grid Batteries, RMS)


• Excellent presentation & people's skills


• Ability to work under pressure

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


• BE /Electrical/Telecom Engineering/IT Engineering


• PMP certificate is a plus
