Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Relationship Executive located in Multan. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The role involves regular client meetings, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also be responsible for achieving customer retention targets, promoting products and services to clients, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service, client relationship management, or sales
  • Competence in handling client inquiries and providing solutions
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
