Samba Bank is seeking a highly motivated and result oriented individual to join our team as Relationship Manager. In this role you will be responsible to drive and manage the execution of sales strategy and customer acquisition process with a focus on meeting and exceeding the assigned targets of CA, Cross-Sell, Profitability, and other assigned targets while keep on improving the overall control environment of the branch.

What We're Looking For:

Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of banking experience with strong understanding of financial products and services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Multan for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. Daily tasks include market analysis, portfolio management, client meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high quality services and innovative products. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to achieve business goals.
