Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide operational and financial support to our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, handling financial tasks, and ensuring smooth functioning of our POS (Point of Sale) machine network.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational and finance support as required by the management team.

Maintain and update records of POS machines, including installation, movement, and maintenance logs.

Conduct regular field visits (bike required) to support site operations and ensure proper functioning of POS machines.

Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, and other official tasks.

Maintain monthly expense reports and track financial data.

Assist with daily tasks assigned by the Operations and Finance departments.

Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and record-keeping for audits and compliance requirements.

Prepare timely reports, summaries, and updates for management review.

Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to support operational needs.

Manage procurement activities, petty cash handling, and employee expense reimbursements.

Handle professional correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, related to finance and operations.

Safeguard confidentiality and ensure accuracy of all financial and operational data.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management in line with operational and financial goals.

Requirements:

Must have own bike for field visits.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and data management.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
