Job Summary:

The Production Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily production activities while ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the ERP system. This role acts as a bridge between production planning and system-based reporting to optimize resource utilization, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure production processes comply with company standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and smooth workflow.
  • Monitor production output and identify bottlenecks, delays, or quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports and share with management.
  • Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to work instructions and schedules.
  • Maintain proper documentation of production activities, stock levels, and material usage.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in training and development of production staff.

ERP Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update production data into the ERP system (e.g., raw material consumption, finished goods, wastage).
  • Generate and analyze ERP-based reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams for material requirement planning (MRP).
  • Maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials), routing, and work orders in ERP.
  • Troubleshoot basic ERP issues and escalate technical problems as needed.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience work as a production executive.
  • Expert in MS Office and ERP
