PTP Service Desk Specialist

Mission Statement

Provide support and resolve queries to internal and external customers relating to the invoice processing and payment. Ensure that FSC clients receive an exceptional service experience when resolving queries escalated by them. Constantly strive in finding ways in which invoice processing and payment process can be further improved.

Main Responsibilities

Provide support regarding Payments queries e.g.: payment date, invoice status
Escalation of queries as appropriate
Supply advice on invoicing processes and deal with any queries in an efficient and timely manner
Establishing, managing and growing customer relationships with both internal and external customers
Perform vendor reconciliations
Working to agreed KPI's and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver the highest quality of service as defined by the team leader in conjunction with the business units
Provide support to the team leader on the invoice verification supported FSC
 Provide support to other team members
Execute all closing operations as per defined timelines
Establish a good relationship with customers maintaining open communication channels and developing high standards for service delivery
Ensure that all process controls are operational, actively identify control gaps and recommend possible solutions
Ensure compliance with FSC standard processes and SLAs
Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks within the team and work with the team to generate solutions

Candidate Education

Bachelor's Degree
Major for Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics or another business-related field

Minimum Total Experience: Years
Minimum Functional Experience: 02 Years

Knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable Module (PTP process, readsoft ) / Proficient user of MS applications
