Role Overview:

We are hiring a Research Associate (Market Insights) to support Dopment's projects by researching industries, businesses, and competitors—turning raw data into actionable insights for our strategy and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Research businesses, industries, and markets to identify opportunities


• Collect and refine lead data according to Dopment's structure


• Track trends and competitor activities


• Organize and maintain accurate databases


• Support sales and marketing teams with research-backed insights

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)


• Strong research and analytical skills


• Fast learner with the ability to grasp processes quickly


• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets


• Good English communication skills


• Prior experience in research or lead generation is a plus
