Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting experts and participants for interviews and surveys as part of market research projects. The candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable reaching out to potential participants and experts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and recruit experts and participants for interviews and surveys

· Build and maintain an expert network database

· Screen potential participants and experts to ensure they meet the project's criteria

· Communicate with participants and experts to schedule interviews and surveys

· Assist with the transcription and interpretation of data collected from interviews and surveys

· Assist clients with any required information, if required

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (market research, sociology, psychology, business, etc.)

· Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with potential participants and experts

· Experience with market research or recruiting participants and experts for research projects a plus

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based research and social platforms

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Familiarity with research methodologies and statistical analysis a plus
