About the Role

We are hiring experienced Marketing Experts to lead end-to-end B2B marketing for a services business. Prior experience in HR, staffing, EOR, payroll, or professional services is preferred. This is an onsite role in Karachi focused on demand generation, brand positioning, and pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned to revenue targets for service offerings.
  • Own demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels. Plan and manage LinkedIn, Google, and Meta campaigns with clear CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Run Account-Based Marketing for priority segments in coordination with Sales.
  • Lead employer branding and talent marketing initiatives where relevant to HR services.
  • Produce high-quality content: one-pagers, case studies, landing pages, blogs, email drips, and sales decks.
  • Manage events and partnerships: HR conferences, webinars, co-marketing with partners.
  • Maintain CRM and marketing automation hygiene. Create segmented lists, scoring rules, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Own website growth backlog. Improve conversion rate, lead capture, and SEO.
  • Report weekly on leads, pipeline, and marketing-sourced revenue with clear dashboards.
  • Coordinate with design, copy, and external agencies to deliver on brand guidelines and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and data privacy relevant to HR services.

Required Qualifications

  • 4 to 8 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years at a services company. HR, staffing, EOR, payroll, or professional services experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record running ROI-positive, lead-gen campaigns.
  • Portfolio of service-focused assets such as case studies, solution pages, and sales collateral.
  • Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation. HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
  • Excellent copywriting and messaging for professional audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in funnel metrics, attribution, and A/B testing.
  • Professional presence and stakeholder management in onsite settings.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Employer of Record, global payroll, contractor management, or HR tech.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms, data enrichment, and intent tools.
  • Basic design and landing page editing in Figma, WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
  • PR or analyst relations in HR or services sectors.

LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot or Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, WordPress or Webflow, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Mailchimp or similar.

Contract Structure

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months, extendable based on results
  • Hours: Full-time onsite [or specify days per week]
  • Compensation: Competitive monthly retainer with a performance bonus tied to SQL and pipeline targets
  • Deliverables: Weekly dashboards, monthly campaign retros, quarterly plan, and prioritized asset backlog
