Role Overview

We're hiring a
Performance Marketing Expert
with hands-on experience in
Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Email Marketing
. The ideal candidate is data-driven, ROI-focused, and comfortable managing
large-scale budgets
while targeting the
Pakistani market
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • TikTok
  • Snapchat
  • Email Marketing Platforms
  • Manage and scale
    high-budget ad spends
    efficiently to meet ROAS targets.
  • Develop targeting strategies specifically for
    Pakistan's digital consumer market
    .
  • Run A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments.
  • Track and analyze performance using
    Google Analytics & platform dashboards
    .
  • Build and optimize email campaigns (flows, segmentation, performance).
  • Use
    AI tools
    to enhance copy, targeting, reporting, and creatives.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-performing assets.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience


3–5 years
of hands-on performance marketing experience

Proven expertise in:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Snapchat Ads
  • Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Strong command of
    Google Analytics, tracking & attribution
  • Experience managing large performance marketing budgets
  • Deep understanding of Pakistan's target audience & buying behavior
  • Experience with AI-based tools
    for performance optimization
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and ROI-driven mindset

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in eCommerce / consumer electronics
  • Knowledge of marketing automations.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, pixel integrations & Data anlytics.
