We are looking for a highly skilled
Business Analyst with strong expertise in Product and Project Management
to join our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and our technical teams, ensuring business needs are accurately captured, translated into actionable requirements, and delivered as successful product outcomes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of SaaS products, with healthcare domain knowledge being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, gathering requirements, understanding business needs, and ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Translate client requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and workflows.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, smooth execution, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and track progress against project milestones.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings with Dev & QA teams.
  • Ensure all product features meet client expectations through active participation in UAT and feedback sessions.
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation (BRDs, SRS, user stories, workflows, test cases).
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst along with Project Manager in the IT sector.
  • Proven experience in client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams (Developers & QA).
  • Solid understanding of SaaS products; healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
