As an
Associate Project Manager,
you will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will work closely with senior project managers and other team members to ensure project goals are met. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
  • Coordinate tasks and resources to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and report on milestones.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and resources.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Support the Project Manager in daily project activities and decision-making.
  • Oversee and coordinate testing phases to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Work with QA teams to plan and execute test cases.
  • Monitor test results and ensure issues are tracked and resolved.
  • Ensure project outcomes align with client expectations and requirements.
  • 1-2 yearsof experience
  • Experience in AI projects is a must
