Responsibilities

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within the scope

· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

· Ensure resource availability and allocation

· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule

· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

· Work with other APMs and PMs for the process improvements

· Report and escalate to Senior Project Manager as needed

· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

· Must have 4 years of bachelor's degree at least, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers

· Preferably have worked 1 year as a software developer with a solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Skills

· Must have 3 years of relevant experience

· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proven knowledge of software Agile development

· Strong knowledge of task management tools like JIRA, Asana, etc.

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Location: College Road, Township, Lahore.

Shift Timing: 09:00PM to 06:00AM on-site
