Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management:
Collect, clean, and manage data from internal and external sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Use advanced Excel, SQL, or other data manipulation tools to process data.

Data Analysis & Interpretation:
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in business processes and customer behavior. Apply statistical methods and business intelligence techniques to evaluate key metrics and support decision-making.

Reporting & Visualization:
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance and market trends. Present complex data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Market & Customer Insights:
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to generate insights that support marketing, sales, and product development strategies. Identify emerging trends, competitors actions, and customer preferences to support strategic initiatives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:
Work closely with teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to provide insights that influence product and business strategies. Support ad-hoc analysis requests from various departments to solve business challenges.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and improve the efficiency of reporting tools and systems.Stay updated with industry trends and new analytics methodologies to continually improve insights capabilities.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven 2-4 experience as an Insights Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis or tools like SPSS and data manipulation.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
