Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of proven experience in the travel and ticketing industry and be able to manage reservations, issue tickets, and provide excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance.
  • Provide fare quotations and advise clients on the best travel options.
  • Rebook, reschedule, or cancel flights as per client requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
  • Stay updated with airline rules, fare structures, promotions, and policies.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing and reservations (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Strong knowledge of international and domestic air travel routes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English & Urdu.
