Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Religious Travel Consultant specializing in Hajj and Umrah packages and other faith-based travel services. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in travel operations, ticketing, and itinerary management for religious tours, along with hands-on experience using Sabre, and Galileo systems. The role demands strong Arabic communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and in-depth knowledge of visa processes and Saudi travel regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarat travel packages for individuals and groups.
  • Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations in Makkah and Madinah, and ground transportation arrangements.
  • Use GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo) for ticketing, reissuance, and fare management.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local agents in Saudi Arabia for smooth travel operations.
  • Advise clients on visa requirements, vaccination policies, and other travel documentation.
  • Provide pre-departure briefings and assist travelers throughout the pilgrimage journey.
  • Maintain accurate booking records, invoices, and client communications.
  • Build and manage strong vendor relationships to ensure quality services and competitive pricing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in travel services, preferably specializing in Hajj and Umrah operations.
  • Proficient in Sabre, and Galileo ticketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi travel regulations, visa processes, and religious tour logistics.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
