Role Description

We're looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join
NanoTech Agency
on a
commission and performance-based structure (10–15% per deal + 5% recurring)
.

This is a
remote role
, offering flexibility and high earning potential for those who thrive in client acquisition and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach
  • Building trust-based relationships and closing high-ticket deals
  • Collaborating with the founder to refine outreach and sales strategies
  • Maintaining long-term client satisfaction for recurring growth

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Lead Generation
    or
    Business Development
    (agency or tech background preferred)
  • Strong
    communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and results-driven
  • Understanding of B2B sales and AI/tech solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM or lead-tracking tools preferred
