Job Description:

Leaders Training Centre – Qatar is seeking a skilled HSE Trainer to deliver NEBOSH IGC training. The ideal candidate should have TTT certification, excellent communication skills, and the ability to teach learners from diverse backgrounds. The trainer will conduct blended classes, prepare and update training materials, evaluate trainee understanding, and ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct HSE training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations.
  • Develop and update HSE training materials aligned with safety standards.
  • Evaluate trainees' understanding and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest HSE regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certifications.
  • 2–3 years of HSE training or related experience.
  • Candidate should have TTT certification
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk assessments, and emergency response.
  • Strong presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to relocate to Doha-Qatar
