We are looking for a talented ASO & Marketing Specialist with 1+ years of experience to join our team onsite.

The ideal candidate must also be experienced in running Google Ads campaigns, including CPI (Cost Per Install) and tROAS (Target Return on Ad Spend) optimization.

You will be responsible for improving app visibility, ranking, and downloads on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store through keyword research, creative optimization, performance analysis, and paid campaign strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, and visuals (icons, screenshots, videos) for both stores.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor app performance, rankings, and ad campaign results regularly.
  • Create and manage Google Ads CPI and tROAS campaigns to increase app installs and revenue.
  • Work with the marketing and design teams to enhance store listings and creatives.
  • Stay updated with ASO and paid user acquisition trends on both platforms.
  • Assist in uploading and managing games on the Play Store and App Store.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ASO for mobile apps or games.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads CPI and tROAS campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Play Store and App Store optimization strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
