Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Upwork / Freelancer Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in online bidding and a strong understanding of how to acquire projects from Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.

You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and building long-term relationships with clients from the UK, USA, Australia, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the entire bidding lifecycle on freelance platforms (Upwork and Freelancer.).
  • Write customized and persuasive proposals based on client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify project details and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Line Manager for reporting, performance tracking, and strategy alignment.
  • Convert one-time projects into repeat clients through excellent service and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, especially web and mobile app development.
  • Education: FSc / ICS / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to meet targets and deadlines.
