Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (ASO & Google Ads Expert) to join our team full-time at our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) for Android apps and Google Ads campaign management, with a proven ability to drive app visibility, installs, and user engagement.

Responsibilities include managing and optimizing Google Play Store listings, conducting keyword research, creating compelling app descriptions, screenshots, and creatives, as well as designing and executing high-performing Google Ads campaigns. The specialist will continuously monitor performance using analytics tools, run A/B tests, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and improve app ranking

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize Google Play Store listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, creatives, screenshots, videos) for higher visibility and organic downloads.

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (UAC, search, display, and video) to boost app installs and engagement.

  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and competitor analysis to improve app ranking and discoverability.

  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, metadata, and ad campaigns for better conversion rates.

  • Analyze app performance using Google Analytics, Firebase, and other ASO tools, and prepare actionable reports.

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure consistency in branding and marketing strategies.

  • Stay updated with the latest ASO trends, Google Play policies, and digital marketing practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) for Android apps.

  • Strong background in Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, Video).

  • Proficiency in Web Analytics, Firebase, and ASO tools.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, online marketing, and social media marketing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Previous experience in the tech industry, particularly mobile apps, is a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time
