Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-driven lead generation workflows using modern tools.
  • Automate data scraping, enrichment, and lead scoring across multiple platforms.
  • Utilize Apify, Clay, Phantombuster, Zapier/Make, GPT automations, and Twilio for lead acquisition and outreach.
  • Manage and update CRM systems such as Odoo, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Execute outbound campaigns (AI emails, SMS, calls) with precise targeting.
  • Analyse performance metrics (lead quality, conversion rates, cost per verified lead).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach and funnel strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in AI-assisted or automated lead generation.
  • Proficiency with AI and automation tools (Apify, Clay, Phantombuster, Zapier/Make, GPT, Twilio).
  • Strong understanding of data scraping, filtering, and enrichment (Google Maps, LinkedIn, directories, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, CRM management, and outreach automation.
  • Working knowledge of B2B sales funnels and outbound lead generation psychology.
  • Bonus: Prompt engineering and basic scripting in Python or
