Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to spearhead growth for our medical billing services, with a preferred focus on the dental sector. This is a high-impact role for a driven professional who can identify opportunities, close deals, and gradually build and lead a business development team.
The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-oriented, and eager to scale operations beyond individual performance—laying the foundation for a strong sales organization within our expanding healthcare solutions business.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the dental and healthcare billing space (clinics, practices, DSOs).
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches highlighting the value of our billing services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with US-based practices.
- Meet and exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Market Development & Strategy
- Conduct research on dental and broader medical billing trends.
- Work with leadership to refine service offerings based on market needs.
- Develop sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and scalable business processes.
- Team Building & Leadership (Growth Path)
- Initially operate as an individual contributor driving client acquisition.
- Progress to hiring, training, and managing a dedicated business development team.
- Establish KPIs, reporting systems, and performance review processes for the team.
- Collaborate with operations and billing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Comfort working with US-based clients and ability to adjust to US hours.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in medical billing, RCM, or dental billing.
- Familiarity with US healthcare systems, claims cycle, and terminology.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to build/manage teams.
- Existing client network in the healthcare or dental sector.
