Requirements:


• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development within a livestreaming or influencer platform (a must)


• Strong networking skills and ability to build & maintain creator/agency partnerships


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities


• Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving growth targets


• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities:


• Identify, onboard, and manage streamers, creators, and partner agencies


• Drive growth through strategic collaborations and partnerships


• Work closely with internal teams to improve recruitment and retention performance


• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor movements
