Digital Performance Marketing & Growth Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a
highly skilled digital marketing leader
with the ability to build, execute, and optimize end-to-end growth strategies. This role requires more than ad execution—it demands a
data-informed strategist
who understands consumer behavior, platform ecosystems, and advanced analytics to drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Advertising Excellence
    :
  • Architect, launch, and optimize campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads (Twitter), and programmatic DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)
    .
  • Manage campaign performance across
    search, display, video, shopping, and remarketing
    .
  • SEO & Organic Growth
    :
  • Drive authority through
    Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz
    , and continuous keyword intelligence.
  • Implement
    technical SEO
    and content-driven growth strategies to sustain rankings.
  • Analytics, Tracking & Attribution
    :
  • Leverage
    Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Amplitude, HubSpot, and Tableau/Power BI
    for comprehensive performance tracking.
  • Establish robust
    UTM frameworks, conversion tracking, and multi-touch attribution models
    .
  • Growth Strategy & CRO
    :
  • Build integrated funnels that optimize
    acquisition, engagement, and conversion
    .
  • Utilize
    A/B testing platforms
    for CRO and UX insights.
  • Trend & Algorithm Intelligence
    :
  • Stay ahead of
    socio-digital shifts, evolving ad algorithms, audience behaviors, and platform innovations
    .
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    :
  • Work closely with
    content, design, product, and data science teams
    to align campaigns with broader growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    performance marketing, growth strategy, or digital media leadership
    .
  • Deep expertise in
    Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    .
  • Hands-on proficiency with
    SEO and SEM tools
    : Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
  • Proficiency with
    data visualization and analytics platforms
    : Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    translate data into actionable insights
    and communicate results at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong grasp of
    marketing automation & CRM systems
    such as HubSpot.
