Role Description

This is a full-time on-site night shift role for a DevOps Engineer based in Karachi. The DevOps Engineer will oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and delivery processes. Responsibilities include managing system administration tasks, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), collaborating with software development teams, and optimizing Linux-based systems.

Responsibilities:

Experience working on Linux based infrastructure.

Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services.

Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps.

Implement integrations in apps and servers

Deploy updates and fixes.

Provide Level 2 technical support.

Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.

Perform root cause analysis for production and runtime errors.

Investigate and resolve technical issues.

Develop scripts to automate server related tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science.

Atleast 2 - 4 years of working experience.

Familiarity with aws, ansible, Jenkins and Git automations.

knowledge of monitoring and logging tool will be a plus.

Plan, build, configure, test, and deploy technology solutions.
