Customer Success Executive

Overview:
The ideal candidate is someone who can build deep, meaningful relationships - not just surface-level communication - and is able to strategically identify and reach the right contracting officers and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify the correct contracting officers, program managers, and decision-makers through structured research.
- Build deeper, trust-based relationships with US Government stakeholders, beyond casual check-ins or generic communication.
- Understand why a government official would speak to you through proper R&D, context-building, and value alignment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and maintain consistent, professional communication - ensuring you remain their top-of-mind contact whenever a relevant new business opportunity arises.
- Work closely with internal teams (RFQ, BD, and Compliance) to ensure timely execution of commitments.
- Track contract milestones, reporting needs, and key deadlines with strong ownership.
- Conduct scheduled check-ins, collect feedback, and ensure full issue resolution with disciplined follow-up.
- Prepare clear documentation and communication notes for internal and client-facing purposes.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to connect meaningfully, not transactionally.
- Research-oriented mindset with ability to dig into org charts, past contracts, priorities, and motivations.
- High discipline in follow-ups, documentation, and structured workflows.
- Strong listening skills, emotional intelligence, and a professional, reliable presence.
- Ability to learn the B2G / GovCon environment quickly with training.
- Able to work in the US Eastern Time Zone.
