Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphics Design Team Lead to join our dynamic team. If you're a seasoned designer with leadership skills, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of graphics designers, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives.
  • Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs for a range of projects, including social media ad collateral, campaigns, storyboards, and logos.
  • Ensure that design projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on team members' work to help them improve.
  • Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the team's capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of color theory and design theory, including principles and elements of design.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
