Stipend: 20-30k/month

Join 4Nodes Technologies as a Business Development Intern and gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and digital business strategies, while learning how technology drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Assist in creating proposals and managing bids on freelancing platforms.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, and other professional channels.
  • Participate in client meetings, document requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on lead generation and outreach performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, CS, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3–6 months of hands-on experience in business development, lead generation, or client outreach.
  • Basic understanding of sales, business development, and IT services (Web Development, SEO, WooCommerce, Hosting).
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn business processes.
  • Must be based in Lahore and available for onsite work at our Tajpura Scheme office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20, Rs30,000.00 per month
