  • Strong understanding of hospital billing systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and hospital management software.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts as a reliever.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing Officer (Reliever) to support the billing and accounts team with the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of patient bills.
  • Manage inpatient and outpatient billing operations.
  • Verify and cross-check charges from various hospital departments.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with patients and attendants regarding billing matters.
  • Assist in daily reconciliation and support the billing team during staff absences.
